APPAREL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Bird Mafia we stand by the quality of every product we sell and pride ourselves on our customer service. To that end, we want you to enjoy your purchases from us! If you would like to exchange or return any of our products purchased from BIRDMAFIA.COM, please review our policies below.

APPAREL EXCHANGES

Exchanges on unworn and unwashed items may be made within 15 days of purchase. Please be able to provide your original purchase receipt or gift receipt.

  • Exchanges for online purchases made within 15 days of original purchase date qualify for one free return shipping label and no additional costs to ship a new item! Complete our returns & exchanges form here. While we do supply free return shipping for exchanges, we cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received. Free return shipping not available for “free” items received during BOGO promotions.

  • For returns made within 15 days of original purchase complete our returns & exchanges form here. A return label will be provided for returned items, with the cost deducted from the product refund. We cannot refund shipping charges for returned items unless proof of a defect has been provided and verified.

  • Please fill out our Exchange & Return form here. We will respond within 72 hours. Be sure to include the exchange/return form provided via email in the return package. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock to make an exchange; be sure to look at alternative selections.

APPAREL RETURNS

If for whatever reason you want to return your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product at time of purchase minus the cost of your return label. We cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received. All returns must be approved and accompanied by the return approval provided.

Funds will be returned in the same form of original purchase once product has been received. Refunds cannot be issued on gifts, though we are happy to exchange with a valid gift receipt. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged or returned. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke or other odors will not be accepted under any circumstance. Items returned with pet hair will not be accepted under any circumstance.
